Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy The Entire History of the World. If you don't, you can get your money back.

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. This applies to the eBook and to the eBook + audiobook bundle. You don't need to have downloaded the eBook or not.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number from the receipt.
2. Or reply directly to your Dodo Payments receipt email.

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who also handles payment-related questions, refunds and returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved, they usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

The eBook is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy and you'll never be charged again. If you change your mind before paying, simply close the checkout page. Once a payment has gone through, the 14-day refund above applies.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don't normally offer refunds, because the eBook is a digital file you keep. If something went wrong, like a broken file or a download link that never arrived, email us and we'll fix it.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
